Cook's Brut is medium-dry with crisp fruit flavors. The aromas of apple and pear are balanced with a bouquet of toasty yeast notes and floral nuances. 100% stainless steel tanks are used for fermentation to maintain the fresh, fruity character of the wine. Cook's Brut is made using the Charmat process, which preserves the fruit character of the varietals and makes a fresher, more flavourful wine. It is medium dry with crisp fruit flavours and aromas of apple, pear, and toasty yeast, with some floral nuances.
